Babele and Sfinx - nature's monuments

Hero's Cross - on top of Caraiman mountain, was built in 1926-1928 and it stands for the heroes fallen in the First World War.The cross is 33 m tall.

"The Last Grenade" Monument - dedicated to hero Vasile Musat, fallen in The First World War, built in 1928

"Cezar Petrescu" memorial house - built in romanian style, this is where the proseman created most of his work, it evokes his life and activity (1892 - 1961)

Urlatoarea Fall - at 1 ½ hours from Busteni

Biserica Domneasca – orthodox church, built by King Carol I and Queen Elisabeta, in 1889.

Peles Castle - built by King Carol I's wish to have a summer residence in the Bucegi Mountains. The outside architecture fits mostly in the German Revival, except for the terraces in the amphitheatre, with artesian wells, balustrades, vases and marble statues sculpted by italian Romanelli from Florence, which belong to the Italian Revival.

Sinaia Monastery
– built by Mihail Cantacuzino in 1695. Even today, after 300 years, The Monastery continues tu stand over the town that carries it's name and.

Bran Castle – built in 1378 as a royal residence; today : history and medieval art museum. Home of the legendary Dracula.
